This was a year in review email sent by American Express to small business owners that accepted American Express Cards. The design showed each businesses performance “by the numbers”, and highlighted how American Express was helping small business owners thrive.
I was the lead designer on the American Express Travel Account. This entailed creating emails and direct mail for all Card products related to travel, including the Platinum and Centurion Cards.
The American Express Centurion Card sent an email highlighting special offers via the Fine Hotels and Resorts program. The email highlighted selected FHR properties, as well as benefits received when booking stays with an Amex Centurion Card.
I was the lead creative for the Fine Hotels & Resorts holiday mailer that went to both American Express Platinum and Business Platinum Card customers. Fine Hotels & Resorts are luxurious properties that were showcased well in this format, and customer engagement and bookings were strong.
For this direct mail piece, we came up the concept EXPAND YOUR WORLD. From the Galapagos Islands to the Antarctic, the world is a trove of experiences waiting to be opened. Using a design that gets progressively more expansive as you interact with it, this concept combines vibrant photography with exclusive offers and benefits to get Card Members excited to get out there and explore.
This direct mail piece was done for American Express Platinum Travel/FHR. The direct mailer highlighted various Fine Hotels & Resorts Properties in an engaging and informative way.
BCBS wanted a compelling campaign for their open enrollment period in IL, TX OK, and MT. We created the Extraordinary Coverage campaign, with assets for TV, social and OOH. The goal was to educate people that BCBS does more for its members than simply help pay medical expenses, and also raise awareness and benefits of other resources. This campaign drove engagement with BCBS, and encouraged enrollment.
